Gearóid Browne, MSc, Chartered MCIPD is an experienced Human Resource practitioner with over 20 + years’ experience in HR including at Board Level. 

Gearóid provided both retirement/pension workshops for staff in various organisations and private one to one coaching to staff at all levels regarding their retirement options. Above all, Gearóid promotes self empowerment regarding post retirement activities and finding your purpose post retirement/ farm succession. Its about having fun when retirement planning.

In addition to being a qualified Mediator (including elder mediation), he holds an MSc in Strategic HR and an MSc in eLearning.

Gearóid’s empathetic and listening style, combined with his years of experience in people development, gives him a real edge in helping individuals find the solutions they need.

The 8 Module pre retirement programme covers the various life skills, not just financial knowledge, necessary for a retirement full of possibilities.
