Gearóid Browne, MSc, Chartered MCIPD is an experienced Human Resource practitioner with over 20 + years’ experience in HR including at Board Level. 

Gearóid provided both retirement/pension workshops for staff in various organisations and private one to one coaching to staff at all levels regarding their retirement options. 

In addition to being a qualified Mediator (including elder mediation), he holds an MSc in Strategic HR and an MSc in eLearning.

Gearóid’s empathetic and listening style, combined with his years of experience in people development, gives him a real edge in helping individuals find the solutions they need.

The 8 Module pre retirement programme covers the various life skills necessary for a retirement full of possibilities.

A happy retirement takes work and this programme assists participants in a fun environment on their pathway to a happy and successful retirement.
